Ingredients
- 2 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 cups vegetable broth
- 8 oz spaghetti (or any pasta)
- 1/2 cup milk (or cream)
- 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- In a large pot, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add broth and bring to a boil. Add pasta and cook until just tender, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in milk and Parmesan until creamy.
- Season with salt and pepper. Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
